Making Cream Puffs

 

I had seen a picture of a cake similar to this online and wanted to replicate it. I have  never made cream puffs before but googled a recipe and found out how easy they were!  I made them mini so i could stack them on top of the cake. Below are a few of the steps:

After making the dough i transferred it into a piping bag

Once they were baked I let them cool right down for about an hour.

Then i filled them with cream. Easy!

This is an unfortunate photo of the cake but you get the idea. Cream puffs, strawberries, and chocolate…. you can’t go wrong with that!
