I got the recipe for these out of this month's Rachael Ray magazine. They are called 'Caramel Apple Cupcakes'. Eventhough I didn't add the caramel topping to these they were delicious! More of a muffin than a cupcake but so good! I used apples from my friends tree so the tartness of the apple was great with the sweet batter. Definately worth trying... I will post the recipe soon!!
